[The "Innovative and learning collective actions" approach in medico-social institutions]. / La démarche des actions collectives innovantes et apprenantes en établissement médico-social.

The innovative and learning collective actions initiative, steered by the Ministry of Health and coordinated and led by the network of the National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions and regional associations for the improvement of working conditions with the support of the regional health agencies, has made it possible to deploy quality of life at work initiatives in 277 institutions for the elderly and disabled, between 2018 and 2021.
